Our legal grounds for processing include: Contractual Necessity, Consent (withdrawable at any time), Legitimate Interests, and Legal Compliance.

This section addresses CCPA requirements for California residents, including categories of Personal Information collected, purposes of use, and the parties to whom it is disclosed. We collect “sensitive personal information” limited to account login credentials. We may provide financial incentives (e.g. referral discounts) — participation is voluntary and the value is calculated based on referral revenue and program costs.
